Robert Veiga - CEO
Robert Veiga is the founder and owner of RTV Engineering, bringing decades of experience in engineering, systems integration, and asset visibility solutions.
He has led the design and deployment of RFID, RTLS, IoT, and AIDC solutions across logistics, manufacturing, agriculture, and defense environments. Robert’s approach is rooted in the belief that technology alone does not solve problems—successful solutions must align with real-world business processes and operational workflows.
Under his leadership, RTV Engineering has built a reputation for delivering practical, scalable solutions independent of any single product or vendor. His focus remains on helping organizations turn accurate, real-time data into actionable operational insight.
Jarred Burr - COO
Jarred Burr brings deep operational and engineering experience across organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance environments, with direct applicability to OEM and MRO operations.
A retired Chief Warrant Officer and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Officer (6004), Naval Aviation Civil Servant, and former Advanced Technology and Innovation (ATI) Team Lead under the NAVAIR Science and Technology directorate, he has led the transition of advanced technologies into fielded, production-ready capability.
His background strengthens RTV Engineering’s ability to deliver and sustain integrated software and hardware solutions with clear customer ownership—ensuring systems remain operationally aligned, governable, and supportable across their full lifecycle.
